Our sweet Rachelle “Shelly” Ann Looper-Bearman unexpectedly passed into the arms of Jesus Christ on August 5, 2024, in Calhan, CO. Shelly was born in Grand Junction, Colorado to Marsha and Lynn Looper. She grew up with her siblings, Travis and Justin Looper in Falcon, CO, and later in Calhan, CO.

Shelly graduated from Ellicott High School, and UCCS and was super active in school, 4H, Rangerettes, church, baseball and teaching. During her short life, Shelly dedicated her latter part of her life working with those in need of counseling in prison, and also worked closely with her beautiful gifted and talented students.

She later married Adam Bearman, and raise their beautiful daughter, Kylie, in Calhan, CO. Kylie, her sweet daughter was always first in everything she did; from school, to work, to baseball, and family gatherings. Kylie is and forever the light of her life. Shelly will be forever missed and has left a hole in her family’s heart that is unrepairable. We know she is in the arms of Jesus; and that peace, along with prayers, will get her family through this sorrowful time.

Please join us in celebrating her life in Jesus Christ on Monday, August 19, 2024 at 2:00 pm, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 574 8th St., Calhan, CO 80808. Gravesite service and reception immediately
